Please note all the clothing stocked by Snooky Ookums is vintage and so has been worn and loved before so may not be as new. Snooky Ookums aims to sell the very best quality vintage clothing but on the rare occasion if there is a flaw on the piece this will be listed in the item description.
Delivery
Snooky Ookums aims to post your item the next working day after payment has been received. All items are posted First Class Royal Mail.
Postage
Your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail. For International postage please email info@snookyookums.co.uk for a price. Please note that Snooky Ookums can not be held responsible for items damaged or lost once despatched and cannot refund the cost of postage once orders are despatched.
Returns
Snooky Ookums can offer a refund or exchange on items that are returned unworn and in original condition. The tag must be attached and the item returned within 7 days of receipt. To return an item please email info@snookyookums.co.uk for details on returning your item and explaining your reason for the return. Include in the parcel a note detailing your name, address, and telephone number.
Items must be returned at your own cost. We recommend posting recorded delivery as Snooky Ookums can not be held responsible for parcels which are lost in the post. We regret that Snooky Ookums cannot refund the cost of postage once orders are despatched. Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund minus original postage to the card from which payment was made.
If items are returned without the tag then a refund can not be given. Please always email info@snookyookums.co.uk before returning and wait for a response.
Sizing and measuring
Vintage label sizes differ from todays standard clothing sizes and some vintage items are not labelled at all. As vintage items have all been worn and washed before garment sizes can alter and so we measure all our clothes to the guide below to give you an accurate indication of size. The best way to calculate your size is to measure a piece of garment you know fits you that you already own. Lay the garment on a flat surface and measure as detailed below. Remember to get full bust, waist, hip size you must double the measurment taken. Please take note of the measurements which are accurate as if a size (8, 10, 12 etc) is given it is only an estimate.
